If you decide to use my services, it is important to know what I DO NOT DO:

Despite so many healthcare needs that can be addressed here, there are a few services that are best addressed in person:

• I cannot provide any prescriptions for narcotic medications, benzodiazepines or any other controlled medications (and also any medications I deemed inappropriate)
• At this time, due to federal and state regulations, if you have Medicare or Medicaid (in any form and under any name), you are not eligible to join this practice
• I do not provide care for pregnancy but I do pre-conception counseling
• I do not manage chronic pain, if this is a part of your health care, I can manage all your other concerns and coordinate care with your pain specialist
• Virtual MD 360 is not for use in emergencies, immediately call 911 if you believe you may have or do have a medical emergency
• Disability evaluation is not possible at Virtual MD 360, such evaluation needs an in person visit with a clinician
• Obviously, in a virtual environment, it is not possible to perform a hands-on physical exam, so any need for such an exam will need an in person clinician visit
